Policies

Sometimes life happens, kids get sick, car breaks down, dinosaurs come back to life and chase you down the street, and that’s okay. When you cancel with less than 24 hrs notice, it makes it hard to fill your spot that could be given to someone else who wanted to come in.

Please give a 24 hours notice and we'll see each other at your next appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy (posted below)

Cancellations

Your appointment is very important, that time is reserved just for you and your curly hair. Sometimes things come up and you need to change your schedule around. To cancel appointments with no charge, a 24 hours advance notice is required.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice

The online scheduling system does not allow a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Instead, please contact me via phone call (and leave a voicemail), text or email and we will do our best to find a wait-listed client to take your place. If we are successful you will not be charged the cancellation fee

For less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a fee of 50% of your requested service.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment, it means that appointment time cannot be offered to someone else who is on the wait-list. An attempt will be made to contact you through a phone call, text message and email.

If you no show you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. This will need to be paid before you can schedule your next service.

Late Arrival

The schedule is maximized to get you in and out on time. When you are late, it puts the entire schedule behind and that affects all appointments after you and takes time away from families. If you are running behind please contact me and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late there will not be enough time to give you the amazing service you requested, this may result in altering your appointment for the day or the need to reschedule your visit altogether.

The cost for this will be the equivalent of a “No-Show” fee of 100% of the requested service.

When you book your appointment and enter your credit card information into the online scheduling system, you are agreeing to this policy.

 

Payment

Payment is due at the end of your service. Accepted forms of payment are Cards and Cash.
